I worked at Walgreens full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Better than min wage. Got to meet a lot of different people

    Cons

Hours were cut every month, lower than average technician pay, no coverage for sick time or in the pharmacy on a regular day. Technicians who were rude made the rules because management did not do their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better than dirt. Very short handed environment that gets very hostile.
