Pros
Working with a great group of people. I loved working as a photo tech and interacting with my customers on a daily basis.
Cons
The pay is not great for the amount of work that you are required to do. Upper Management only seem to care about themselves. This is NOT a reflection of the Assistant Managers or Store Managers, they are just doing what is told of them.

Pros
They are flexible with scheduling and there is plenty of job availability.
Cons
This is my first job as a pharmacy technician and it has been the most stressful job I have ever had, and I have had several different jobs. We are understaffed and the workload put on the pharmacists is impossible, which in turn makes the technicians job very stressful. Employees don't stay long so there are always brand new technicians/trainees who still need a lot of training. There needs to be some major changes, but that doesn't seem like it will be happening any time soon.
