I have been working at Walgreens full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

health insurance (for full time employes) profit sharing that you have to put money into and can't take any out till you have worked at walgreens for 6 years

Cons

If you get a bad store manager you will be doing a lot of extra work with out extra pay.

Advice to Management

If the company would stop buying out other pharmacies and start caring about the current employes and the fact that a lot of us are on FOOD STAMPS then it would be a better company.
