    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Relatively high paying job for someone without even a high school diploma.
    4 tens/3 twelves means 3 and 4 days off.

    Cons

Bottom line is the warehouse revolves around 'cases per man hour'. Meaning meet your quota and clock out as fast possible. If you are one of the rare few that have the knack for it, usually people 5'6'' and shorter, and are very coordinated, its cake and you can skate through your day... Until shipping gets backed and they send you there, whether you want to or not.

    Advice to Management

Like most big companies, they don't listen to the people have done a job for years that most people quit after days or months. If you haven't moved up the ladder, you don't know what you're talking about. It leads to a lot of problems that could be fixed but aren't.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The flexibility was the best part. Hours could be changed.

    Cons

The pay and benefits were standard for retail, but could have been better.

    Advice to Management

Management needed to focus more on the employees rather than the numbers they were bringing in. They had little to no people skills.
