    I worked at Walmart full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    There is an opportunity to move up in the company if you step on everyone below you, treat those around you like garbage and work every hour that you are conscious and breathing.

    Cons

    not flexible with time off, terrible absentee policy, can fire you at any time for any reason, not flexible with students/college students. NOT a long term job because they will fire you before that for breathing out of your left nostril instead of your right!
