    can transfer your job to another state

    Cons

    hard to grow in company even with seniority a lot of favoritism.

    Advice to Management

    Hire from within and allow your associates room for advancement and stop hiring from outside and wanting those same associates to train new management.

    Pros

    Good place to work. The training is excellent.

    Cons

    The pay is quite low, but if you stay long enough, you'll move up the ranks.

    The only thing for me is they will have you part-time working Full-Time hours

    Advice to Management

    If you are going to schedule a part-time worker full-time hours atleast change their status to Full-time
