    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

They have a good health benefits for full time employees. Most of the assistant managers are nice, it is the low level associates that are the crappy ones.

    Cons

You always have to do your job great in order to make sure you still have a job at the end of the day.

    Advice to Management

If you don't see it with your own eyes, don't believe any associates. You keep firing people because the employees have a hetz against them. This way they can get their friends into the company.

    Pros

    Awesome co-workers
    Friendly managers(most of the time)
Decent pay for an entry level job
You can gain a lot of retail experience, from working in other departments. Great resume builder when you can list experience.
Rewarding to help customers find what they want if you love working with people.

    Cons

Managers often tell you about 8 different things to get done at the same time. No cross communication or coordination sometimes it seems like.
Often unrealistic expectations of associates, deadlines to get things done as well as taking care of customers can often be stressful.
Getting pulled to other departments when you have too much to get done in your department is stressful as well, some areas are paid more than you and you are doing their work.
Almost impossible to get Full-Time unless you're working nights or an unloader.
Part time hours are 33 a week, no benefits.

    Advice to Management

Coordinate with other managers to make it easier for associates to complete jobs.
Either hire more people, or schedule people properly to stop pulling people to other departments that they do not work in.
Give more recognition when it's called for when associates do a great job.
Don't drop everything for a regional manager, if it's working for our store, don't make ridiculous changes just because he says it worked at another store.
