    Pros

There is no Pros at Wal-Mart.

    Cons

Getting fired from this job can really affect and prevent you from getting another job. So don't get sick because doctor excuses don't count. It will only benefit you to have sick leave which you don't get until you been there for a year. And don't get pregnant because if you don't have vacation or sick days to cover your 6 six weeks out or medical leave you will be fired.
