    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Advancement opportunities. Company 401k match of 6% as of 12/2018. Large variety of types of job paths to follow. Decent bonus structure for salaried management. Good maternity leave time off for salaried management.

    Cons

Not a place for people that have varying opinions outside of higher management. Poor work/life balance. Unrealistic expectations. Easy to get discouraged when you walk into a constant mess every single day and are expected to fix it. Micromanaging from your store manager if they can't handle delegating.
