I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

pay is decent for work that is done under supervisor level, vacation time is fair, personal days are earned fairly, attendance policy can be fair depending on the situation

    Cons

advancement opportunities are few and far between. most stores seem to depend on who you know and less on whether you deserve it or have the required skills. policies are not enforced fairly. too many cons to list really

    Advice to Management

start caring about the employees. stop treating everyone like a number. no one likes to feel expendable.
