    I have been working at Walmart part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Very flexible hours, decent pay, able to work at 16, usually able to work overtime, hour long lunches with two 15min breaks, 10% off everything.

    Cons

    You have standards on how long you can take

    Advice to Management

    If you out multiple people on a section and times aren't being met, try to understand that not everyone might be slacking

    Pros

    Good place to work. The training is excellent.

    Cons

    The pay is quite low, but if you stay long enough, you'll move up the ranks.
