    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If the managers like you it is very likely you'll receive good hours

    Cons

Management picks favorites. Management ignores associates problems. Discrimination was common. Overall Moral of employees was low. Higher positions give their tasks to lower position associate, giving them double the workload. I work as Photolab, but always in electronics because of management. and when stuff doesn't get done in photolab I am blamed. You wouldn
t get to defend yourself in this situation.

    Advice to Management

Treat oters how you want to be treated. Just because your associate is younger than you, or doesn't have as good of an degree doesn't make you the "better person".
