I have been working at Walmart (More than 3 years)

Pros

It's pretty easy to advance

Cons

Don't expect to have a life outside of work, unless you can handle a tiny paycheck and the risk of being fired.

Advice to Management

Try to remember that your employees are doing the best they can to support themselves. A little humanity goes a long way.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People I worked with made work fun.
Learn about tech as you go along.
Setting up events makes work almost too fun.
Mostly it's who you work with.

    Cons

Walmart customers, in this particular area are the worst people I have ever come across
Lots of theft, that managers will put the blame on you.
You getting stuck doing other departments that you have no idea what your doing for sometimes weeks or months, with no warning or pay equal to the department.
Management switches seems like every few months
    Pay is eh
You never really move up, you just do the work higher ups do and get paid your normal wage.

    Advice to Management

They just need a solid team that knows how to manage and keep the workers, every switch of management seems to keep their boss happy not the front lines.
