    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Pay for hourly's and Salary associates discounts on more then just products sold in the store. flexible work hours and days. College for $1 a day.

    Cons

Very high expectations with out the resources needed to meet those expectations.

    Advice to Management

Not much advice to give to management since they are given direction from corporate , and not allow to change direction so management needs to push back on the lack of tools and resources needed to meet corporate expectations.

I have been working at Walmart part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pay and benefits and some coworkers were nice.

    Cons

You get tired of dealing with the same people and drama everyday. Most workers including management don’t do their jobs.
