I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Walmart gives employees a perspective you can't get anywhere else. No company deals with more data, bigger and more complex processes, or larger scale of pretty much anything. Walmart corporate employees get to experience things most people never even think possible.

    Cons

Along with the unique experience of being a Walmart employee comes a necessary hard work ethic and ability to work in ambiguous situations. If you want a relaxing work environment, Walmart is not the place for you. The corporate location is very remote, which can be a negative for some (I loved the Northwest Arkansas area).

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Walmart gives many people unparalleled opportunity, which some will love and some will hate.
