I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There is never a lack of anything to do. If you're done in your section, you can lend a hand in another section. They promote a team environment. Co-workers are great. Bonuses can be good. Decent benefits.

    Cons

The only real con is the customers. Management can be a mixed bag, but normally they keep each other in the loop.

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone the same. If you fire one person for a certain thing, even if it was unintentional, then anyone else who does the same should get the same treatment. Also, make sure the night shift do NOT leave their over-stock or items they couldn't take care of for the next shift and hide them in the return baskets.
