I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Steady work
As long as notice is given 2 hours before work you can call off any day.
You are given a certain amount of days to call off before you are fired and perfect attend will
    remove any absences you have

    Cons

No one cares is you baby is sick or your dying. Excuses are not accepted
Manager tried to get every drop of your sweat, blood and tears for 8.50

    Advice to Management

    Pretend to care sometimes.
Learn who really needs and respects the job and who is just there. The people there who give all they have deserve a break sometimes. I have noticed that the ones who give everything get screwed and the ones who don't care get away with a lot.
