    I worked at Walmart full-time

    Pros

    Pay, vacation, 401 K match.

    Cons

Excessive hours, high turnover resulting in unknowledgeable associates, poorly trained supervisors/management. Home office management detached from actual store operations.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the little guy, they work hard for little to no appreciation from upper management. Allow store management to run the store, too much knee jerk direction from home office.

I have been working at Walmart as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working as a receiving associate guarantees you a solid 40 hours.

    Cons

I've experienced that the managers don't really show any empathy toward their employees' concerns.

    Advice to Management
