I have been working at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

You get breaks and lunches that make sure you don't get exhausted. Everyone is there to help you it is a great place to work. You also get bonuses every 3 months after working there for 6 and these arent small some can be around 200-300$

Cons

The only down side of working at walmart would be that people judge you for working at walmart.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working for Wal Mart when Sam Walton was alive was motivating and he made you believe you personally made a difference in the company. He was the reason Wal Mart has become the business it is today. Lots of opportunity for growth and diverse work.

    Cons

Middle management feels the brunt of most tasks and a huge disparity between assistant and store manager level. There was fierce competition between managerial positions to be promoted. Not much consideration when relocating management.
