Pros

Not many pros, here. 10% discount, medical, dental, and vision (finally) benefits depending on your status. Meeting new friends.

Cons

Have a whole lot, but I'll keep it short. Starting pay sucks, pay caps, say they are a family oriented company, but not the case, part time people have to work a minimum of 30 hours to qualify for benefits, thus only working them just under that amount of hours.

Advice to Management

Pay a living wage, eliminate pay caps,

    Pros

If you can't find any other job, working at this company can help pay the bills.

    Cons

    No concern for its employees.

    Advice to Management

Lips service does not work (ex. just don't put comments to store manager poster at every checkout when you let your customers wait for more than 30 minutes with only 5 checkouts open when there are up to 25 checkouts in the store).
