I worked at Walmart part-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

enjoyed social contact with everyone as a greeter/trainer

Cons

they wouldn't give me a leave of absents so I had to quit.

Advice to Management

If you know someone is sick give a chance to get better instead of loosing a good worker.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Honestly, if I had to come up wit a "pro", I would have to say the best part of working at Walmart was the moment you were able to clock out or, better yet, the days you are not scheduled.

    Cons

For the purpose of not getting carpel tunnel syndrome, I will have to simply make this response short. If I had to chose one thing, it would have to be darn near everything.

    Advice to Management

Treat people like human beings. Perhaps you may want to begin with treating employees the way you, yourself, would like to be treated.
