I have been working at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice work environment, quality of work, team support, leadership, training. You can definitely feel that there is an open door policy at work. Most of the supervisors are always approachable. The content of work is exciting & challenging. Most of team members are humble and ready to help to get you up the speed.

    Cons

So many things are going on at the same time so its difficult to grasp in short duration. The supervisors are so loaded with work that they can't take time out to coach new comers. Being Walmart, the scale of operations is sometimes overwhelming. And decision making process is tedious as so many stake holders are involved.

    Advice to Management

Please encourage line managers to take off certain time from their busy schedule for on-boardinng activities.
