Approves of CEO

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

It's the largest retailer and has multiple career opportunities.

Cons

On the other hand, it's a no frills company and some the cost saving measures are over the top.

Advice to Management

Loosen the restrictions on raises.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Open Door Policy, set schedules, and one hr lunches

    Cons

"coaching" for all on shift when one person messes up

    Advice to Management

Keep morale up, listen to the associates and care why people aren't working their hardest. Cutting hours and firing good people? Not a good idea. Not "coaching" the person who messed up, but "coaching" everyone else on shift? Favortism. That lowers morale really quickly.
