Pros

Ok job if you have no job skills, training, or college education.

Cons

Low pay, hard work, not enough hours, average healthcare.

Advice to Management

Need to listen to the associates more.

    Flexible. Was a 2nd job for the holidays.

    Understaffing the registers was common.

    Focus recruitment on 2nd job people for holiday staffing as they show success in being able to keep a job.
