I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Stock options are great and nice co-workers

Cons

Poor pay, kept at the minimum level of hours and the new store manager was not nice at all

Advice to Management

Workers with more then 10 years of customer service under their belt should be paid more. Relocating to a Walmart in another county or city should be easier or an option other than quitting.
