Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great new modern looking & feeling offices at the David Glass Center
Super cafe at David Glass as well, Starbucks, Subway, Chic-Filet, salad bar and more
Lots of opportunity to share ideas and opinions and get hands on with projects
Walton Fitness rocks - you would be hard pressed to find a better facility anywhere.
Your career direction is in your hands in many ways , just look at the new CEO

Cons

Work-life balance is a challenge at times. - not a bad problem in a slow economic climate.
Too much gap between "stated culture" and actual culture - not sure Sam Walton would recognize the organization unfortunately.
Seem to have fallen behind the competitors in many fronts especially Amazon.
Extremely Weak Technical Leadership in executive positions.
Lack of transparency in decision making .....
