I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn and promote throughout the company.

    Cons

Many days you can expect to work 12-14 hours a day and even though you are to work a 3-on 3-off schedule you rarely get the 3 days off.
