    Pros

the best reasons may be they work around your schedule. They don't mind working around your school schedule.

    Cons

The challenges includes Wal-Mart pretty much lets anyone work there. The co-workers at many locations are very rude and unfair towards one another.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with more respect and value them like other companies do. Listen to your employees they are the backbone of your company. Please go back to the valves that Mr. Sam Walton once had for the company.

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I get a paycheck, if you call it that, every two weeks.

    Cons

Management very disrespectful to employees. Hard to move up in the company unless you kids management's butt. Waste a lot of time doing things incorrectly because corporate says to do it that way. No communication between day and night shift so things done on overnights are taken apart during the day. No communication between managers. Management rules by fear. I've been here for ten years, full time, worked my butt off (exceeds expectations on every review) and still rely on WIC and SNASP to feed my family.

    Advice to Management

Try having some respect for your employees and listen to tyheitr suggestions. Maybe try reading a management book.
