    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Co-workers were nice to work with. Being part of a large organization that isn't going anywhere was a nice feeling.

    Cons

Staffing was not always adequate, which resulted in being pulled into different departments for great lengths of time.

    Advice to Management

Proper staffing would aleviate some of the problems. Also, higher wages for qualified individuals would most likely reduce some of hte turnover.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Challenging work environment
    Continually changing work environment
    Good salary

    Cons

Regional Mgrs. many times do not promote on merit, but instead of who they like the most. We should have been way past this point as a company by now!
Too many major changes over the last few years, one on top of another that did not allow associates to gain an understanding or expertise in it before the next change was implemented.
Dealing with so many unprofessional people.
Too many senior level managers who don't have any old time/long term Walmart culture.

    Advice to Management

Get back to our once important core values that Mr. Sam championed.
"Our People Make the Difference" should really mean something again and not be just another catch phrase.
