    Pros

Great culture, work/life balance is good and getting better

    Cons

Location unless you love the outdoors. The area is growing rapidly yet lacks some appeal of suburban areas.

I worked at Walmart part-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Walmart is a really great place to work because once your hired your are treated with dignity and the up most respect and your are treated like family. It's clean and their pay is decent. Your always busy so time goes by extremely fast. You'll never feel like your being treated unfairly and Walmart is just a really popular retail store to work in.

    Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say About Walmart so I guess they can be a little more organized.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
