    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Walmart is a very stable company and is positioned for future growth. As big as they are, there is always room for advancement and/or relocation without changing jobs.

    Cons

Based on my experience with the local management team, one of Walmart's core beliefs is being comprimised: Respect for the individual. This may just be a local issue, I am not sure.

    Advice to Management

Never be afraid to return to the philosophies of one of the greatest buisness men of all times....Sam Walton. In the long run, it would be a greater profit. Never loose site of the associates that make this one of the greatest companies in the world.
