          Pros

          - Great place to start in company; long-term transfer benefits, leadership opportunities, networking opportunities - Pay is fair for entry level - Cast benefits are nice that include complimentary admission for you and your family, 401k benefits (with matching %), dental health and vision if you are full time - Very fun if you enjoy your location

          Cons

          - Management team really makes or breaks an area - Pay isn't the best long-term; locked into a pay grade every 2 years due to union contract - Scheduling can be not-so-flexible once in a Leadership role - Guests are not very nice when it becomes crowded, busy, or dealing with something that "didn't go according to plan"

        Property Manager

As a leasing agent for two years, I then worked my way to assistant manager for t 11 months. Then, to a property manager position, nine months into my new role as manager, I was terminated, with no warning, completely unexpected. How do I explain this undeserving action and embarrassment in an upcoming interview without any risk in the decision-making of my employment with the company I am interested in? I hope I am relaying this in a way that is understood.
