• Most of the staff members are highly skilled, nice to work with and very helpful • Penetration Testing: They have a very good pen testing team • Network Engineers: They also have some good network engineers • If it's pen testing your interested in you'll learn a lot from them. They do it to a high standard.

• There's a lack of respect show from some managers towards staff members from what I've seen. • Staff members who are put onsite to carry out works and other general duties short and long term are managed poorly and receive very little support. "This is based on my own experience" • There is little to no training given to new staff members on internal systems used, tools / processes used in support of general services given. "This is based on my own experience" • If your role / career path doesn't involve pen testing then Ward Solutions probably isn't the right fit for you.

Fast paced lots of investment lots of autonomy if you want responsibility and to make a difference this is the company to do it

Rapidly changing high tempo coupled with lots of investment and improvement lots of enterprise customers means lots of moving parts sometimes it's hard to keep up but they offer good training and tend to recruit well
