Pros

#1 brand in the market, there is no other entertainment company that has the market prestige or market power than warner. this is not to be understated - this power enables them access to the best talent and positions them well with major customers. within wb, there are challenges but also a lot of opportunities to succeed. they are very loyal to their people, which means that you essentially get tenure although it is informal. there is also a lot of dead wood and bureaucracy as a result. i would recommend warner to anyone simply based on the brand. overall a good place to work.

I have been working at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice atmosphere. The opportunity to work on such exciting products is a real benefit and is something that really adds to the level of satisfaction you can take from working there.

    Cons

Lack of focus on development and progression. Possibly a good place to go if you have a few years experience but if you are a recent graduate or only have a couple of years experience this is not the place for you.

  2. "Positive experience, average company."

I have been working at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The experience gained can help set you up for another job in the sector, fairly average hours and you get paid for the apprenticeship.

    Cons

Staff and management can appear a little frosty, pay is quite low for living in London. Need to commute in as too expensive on current pay.
