I worked at Warner Bros. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are amazing; company store, movies on the lot, many discounts w/ partner companies. Employees were high class people dedicated to their jobs and technology. Quality folks running a top class operation.

    Cons

Commute. Getting there to the center of the city was difficult from most places. Live close by or think twice about it.

    Advice to Management

Give the techs doing the work more autonomy to work on their projects. They know what they're doing and will excel with less micromanaging.

I worked at Warner Bros. full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Lots of creative opportunities for the artists.

    Cons

The short sighted nature of the main lot executives never let the feature animation program realize it's full potential.

    Advice to Management

Consider long term potenial of animation verses short term next quarter profits.
