I have been working at Warner Bros. full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Good benefits. Nice people. Located on the best studio lot in L.A.

Cons

Pay raises are minimal. In most departments it's difficult to move into another position or get promoted. Once in a position, you better like it because you will be there for a long time. Also be prepared to do the job of 2 to 3 people with no additional compensation.

Advice to Management

1. Hire more people. Most departments have been whittled down making the workers overwhelmed. 2. Reward hard working people with better raises. It's difficult to stay motivated when not properly compensated.

I have been working at Warner Bros. full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1) Amazing benefits -- paid vacation days, paid floating holidays, paid sick days, will match 401K contribution, great health insurance choices, and discounts with other companies.
    2) Great work environment especially for a movie studio. You can mingle with TV and Film people in some many different fields on and off the lot.
    3) Work with incredibly talented people.

    Cons

The company is very old-school traditional (pay your dues, respect(

    Advice to Management

There are a lot of older executives working at the company. I would highly suggest to start grooming your small yet talented young employees.
