Pros

A good work and learning experience. It's a huge organisation so I felt proud to be working there.

Cons

The team leaders were discriminatory. They pick on asian (particularly south asian) members of staff. There were colleagues who do nothing for the whole day and would still get away with it. On top of that the work can be very tiring with 8 hours of continous standing with only one break of hour in between. You won't be able to sit or take a break while you're working as they "monitor" all staff members. The staff members like to gossip a lot. The work environment did not feel professional. The pay is also very average as they only pay you the minimum london living wage. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend; especially a south asian friend.
