The people I worked with were top notch: savvy, self directed, level headed. I enjoyed the culture - it was fast moving but management was not micromanaging and I was able to take on new responsibilities and learn a lot.
Cons
The company has experienced two large mergers in the last 5 years and that causes confusion between teams because of changing business structures and management. It also causes layoffs, which I survived the first time but did not survive the second time. That is a stressful experience to put people through so frequently and it affects moral.
