    Pros

Work life balance is great. You work around a great set of people. They have a volunteer program that lets you take 12 hours of paid time off each quarter - how great is that. I used to use it to volunteer at the local school. At least my immediate manager was super-effective and really helped me progress in my career. At least my department was very good with getting communication down from the leadership to all the employees.

    Cons

Senior management rode us to the ground :-(

    Advice to Management

Don't let "Greed" be the driving emotion. Don't try to play up the profits for the stock markets.

  2. "I developed a sense of brand identity with the company, as a fun bank while being serious in business"

    Pros

Fun Brand, The branch was like a family, helping each other when it was busy, or if one person was down.

    Cons

You don't make much working at a retail bank vs other fields such as marketing or finance

    Advice to Management

Caring both personally and professionally. We shared the fun moments and the sad/troubled times.
