diverse environment with plenty of opportunities to move around. Great facilities and comparatively nice work environment

Cons

the company no longer exists. CEO's toupee not as awesome as The Don's. Although close second

    I worked at Washington Mutual full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Highly motivated people, a lot of fun, and big salaries and great benefits. Flexibility to work at home. Nice cafe inside. Work hard and play hard environment.

    Cons

    After becoming acquired by JP Morgan everybody pretty much lost their jobs which is a huge bummer!

    Advice to Management

    Retain employees who can contribute to the greater organiztion
