• It's only a four day work week.
Cons
• Absolutely incompetent mid-level management. • Zero investment in employees - which is okay if you are <5 years from retirement, not so much if you just got into the workforce. • Cross functional structure is poorly organized and siloed. • ~10% of the workforce does 90% of work. • Retaliatory and somewhat hostile work environment. • Systems in place reward inefficacies and punish innovation. • Profit sharing for executive leadership only.
