    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Very supportive for furthering your education and achieving promotions.

    Cons

I wish some of my colleagues were team players and that upper management would address a well known problem.

    Advice to Management

Listen to staff members. In my experience the business manager was so disconnected with the staff and would make ill informed decisions (in a particular department). I'm sure it is not like that in all departments.
