Pros

Great People.
Lots of career growth, room to expand and explore.
Building a real physical product you can see, touch, see customers using in the field.
Growing industry, lots of continued growth.

Cons

Smaller company size, sometimes means long delays to grow into a particular position.
Wish the tuition reimbursement was more extensive.

I have been working at Watchfire Signs as an intern

    Pros

Option to work 4 days a week at 10 hrs a day and get Fridays off
catering company that shows up twice a week (you do have to pay for a meal if you want one that day)
great experience for students who need or want an internship

    Cons

not a lot of places nearby to eat that aren't fast food
depending on your manager you could do nothing as an intern (did not happen to me)

    Advice to Management

Put more time into standardizing what the interns do. Some interns had only one or two projects while others had more. Bring back the intern luncheon as well. Knowing more people within the company is never a bad thing.

I worked at Watchfire Signs as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The atmosphere is conducive to learning new skills and the other employees are welcoming and care about the future of the company.

    Cons

The are spikes and drops with the amount of work to be done, sometimes days have nothing to do and other days are piled high with tasks.

    Advice to Management

I don't think there is anything that the management needs to change. There are plenty of opportunities for success and the management does a great job of creating that environment.
