      Pros

      Flexi and easy work growing industry

      Cons

      Management team is navigating in the dark, doesn’t know how to penetrate new market. Current SDR Manager is promoted in less than 3 months of joining the company with no clear reason and run the team like a Call Center. No clue of how the market and industry is work. People will disappear for no clear reason.

      Pros

      Good product in a niche part of a large industry that will continue to grow. Not a must have product in the space (Unless specific vertical like nuclear) but clear value from a security perspective.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership in the US. Very difficult to communicate internally and US team is often left isolated from HQ. Company culture is non existent. Unidirectional Gateway can be a difficult sell as a standalone offering.
