      Diverse workforce and Great designers.

      Cons

      The work environment was unprofessional. Management was not open to new ideas, improvement, or change. The salary was far below purple positions. The company does not follow state and federal FTC regulations. Employees were not treated with value .

      Great opportunities to learn a lot of the development process.

      Cons

      You'll wear all the hats and then some. Outdated ideology/philosophy of how to lead a team. Poor concept of boundaries. P!ss poor respect for work/life balance.
