Independent working, freedom to try different things. Some interesting and very hard working people. Good network.
Cons
Toxic and fake work environment. Managers and HR cause more problems instead of solving them. If you stay you probably stop developing, which you can see from the quality of the investment principals and management team. Very few people equipped to mentor or manage. Pretends to be family which is worse when it becomes obvious that you are being used and underpaid
