I have been working at Wawa part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Higher pay rates for the kind of work being performed
Generally better work atmosphere than most other food service/retail jobs
Large (35%) discount on any deli or Wawa-prepared foods (not including teas, milk, etc.)

Cons

Customer service always means dealing with terrible customers
Working in a bad, too-small, or mismanaged store can make the experience a nightmare
Results in a not-too-pleasing smell for any work clothes, jackets, etc.
