Positive Outlook

I worked at Wayfair full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Health/Dental benefits
discount gym
social events
Normal 9-6 hours (time and a half o/t)
Break room/snack room

Cons

Not easy to move up (more lateral movement rather than vertical)
Pay isn't great (for customer service)

Advice to Management

Work on training more. A lot of product knowledge is expected from customer service reps in little time. Also need more availability. Not sure if its the same, but when I was there, CS managers were always in meetings which made it hard to settle certain issues that needed managerial authority.

I have been working at Wayfair full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is an engineering company with a great business plan. Engineering environment is power and performance hungry providing lots of technical challenges. Laid back yet dynamic work culture with a great life/work balance.

Standard benefits package of a successful e-commerce company including 401K matching, health insurance, gym subsidies and free snacks.

Most people in the engineering department are young yet very intelligent. Feels like a ton of friends working together and having fun. Senior leaders are experienced and understanding of technical challenges.

    Cons

Nothing bad to say so far.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.
