Pros
Wealth factory has taken the right steps in changing leadership, switching strategies, and overall taking the most negative aspects of working here and turning tnem into positive ones. This company had a couple of years of unclarity but things have really changed and im excited to see the snowballing of growth that is happening here under the new leadership team that we are all apart of.
Cons
Could use an overhaul of benefits (insurance, pto, paying for your own parking, etc.) But I feel like those things will have a time and place to be revamped, right now company should be/is focused on growth which will lead to much more promising benefits then the ones listed (Promotions, raises that are overdue, title changes, yearly reviews, etc.) The office is built in a way that can be a bit too quiet, or gloomy, its a completely digital company so I feel wfh is becoming more appropriate considering were all either on calls or typing away at our computers, also our efficiency goes up during WFH days purely cause of drive time saved and most employees being able to loop that into more work because were more motivated to do something with the additional time, I feel leadership is starting to catch on but I can tell small steps towards this is bringing the moral up.
