good pay / good benefits including no waiting period to implement position was 5&2 schedule. good for family life. could trade some overtime hours as lieu time

constant emails from head offices, that had no significance to anyone but the originator and a select few others. management knows how to spend in times of abundance, but have short sighted cost cutting measures in poor economic times lip service to safety-more customer driven than company driven
